Keerai masiyal or Keerai Kari is a kari that is very quick and easy to make. It is also very nutritious and healthy. Nothing makes life more easy than a quick and easy and healthy food.. Talk about healthy food and Spinach is always on the list and mostly on the top.. And there are so many ways of making this spinach into our food.
